Alex Gladd

Chief Technology Officer

Alex joined Praxis in April 2024, bringing nearly 20 years of experience providing software products and services to the DoD and Intelligence Community. He’s excited to drive Praxis’ technology strategy to achieve exceptional mission outcomes for our valued customers. After beginning his career as a software engineer with Raytheon, Alex took the opportunity to go on TDY in central Maryland in 2010 and has been here ever since (expect for a couple of years in Germany!). He has been focused on research and development of cyber solutions since 2013 across various technical and leadership roles.

Alex received his B.S. in Computer Science from Penn State and resides near Annapolis with his family.
